Join UPLAN and take action to make sure Congress hears that our communities value child care, early care and education! UPLAN is calling on Congress to increase federal funding for child care and ECE programs in the Fiscal Year 2020 budget. The Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG), Head Start, Early Head Start, IDEA (supports for young children with disabilities), and Preschool Development Grants are critical to our families. We want to make sure these programs are properly funded so that we can increase access and affordability of quality care and education for our children.
