We’re excited to announce UPLAN’s 2017 National Conference, November 28-30, 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico! UPLAN parent leaders and member groups will gather to:
*Participate in and lead workshops on policy issues, organizing and leadership development strategies, and more!
*Network and build relationships with other parent leaders from across the country.
*Shape UPLAN’s goals, strategies, and structure for 2018.
We will focus on advancing our critical three-prong policy campaigns at the local, state, and national levels:
*Strengthening real parent engagement in public education systems (early childhood and K-12).
*Increasing access to and affordability of high-quality childcare and early learning programs for low-income and working families.
*Protecting immigrant families and children.
